About Aparajeeta

Cooking has been a part of my life for over 15 years. It started as a hobby, then became a necessity, and gradually turned into something I truly enjoy and feel passionate about. Through everyday cooking for myself and others, I learned what actually works in real life, simple, practical, and time-saving ways to cook.

Professionally, I come from a technical and research background, which shapes how I approach cooking. I naturally break things down into clear, easy steps, making it simple for anyone to learn, even from scratch.

Cooking is close to my heart because it is about taking care of yourself and feeling independent. I believe everyone should be able to cook in a way that fits their life, without stress or complexity.

I teach what I have learned through my own journey, real cooking for real life, focused on easy meals, smart preparation, and making cooking something you can genuinely enjoy.

About the lesson

For me, cooking is not about following complicated recipes, it is about understanding simple techniques that make everyday life easier. My goal is to help you become confident in the kitchen so that you can cook quick, tasty meals without stress, even on your busiest days.

I focus on practical, real-life cooking, not restaurant-style complexity. You will learn how to cook with what you already have at home and make smart, time-saving choices.
