About Sang-Hwa

My name is Sang-Hwa and I am passionate about all things History, Philosophy, and Politics! I particularly love bringing the three subjects together to help people look at the big picture – though, of course, I always try to tailor the classes to the student’s specific interests, goals, and needs. Whether you have an exam you need to prepare for or just want to understand the world better, I’m the tutor for you. Drop me a message – I’d love to discuss how we can work together!

About the lesson

Each lesson is typically an hour long (though I can be flexible if necessary) and tailored to each pupil depending on individual needs, goals, learning styles, and temperament. I have been a private tutor for the past 10 years with over 1,300 hours of teaching experience. I have a 95% success rate with helping students gain places at their first-choice schools (11+, 13+, 16+) as well as achieving grades 7-9 at GCSE and A/A* at A-level. I am happy to take students from age 5 onwards. Adult learners are welcome.
