About the lesson

WHY CHOOSE ME?

I’m not just teaching choreography — I’m building strong dancers from the foundation up.

Experience — I’ve taught and choreographed dance throughout my life and have experience working with different ages and skill levels.

Beginner-Friendly — No previous dance experience is required. I meet dancers where they are and help them develop from there.

Personal Instruction — I focus on proper technique, individual growth, and helping each dancer become more confident.

Technique First — Strong fundamentals matter. I focus on the skills needed to continue progressing into more advanced levels.

Confidence & Discipline — Dance is about more than movement. It builds confidence, focus, commitment, and performance skills.

Affordable & Flexible — Quality dance instruction should be accessible and fit into busy schedules.

Preparation for What’s Next — Training can help prepare dancers for school dance, cheer, performances, auditions, and advanced teams.

Creating Opportunities — My goal is to make quality dance training more accessible and create opportunities for dancers who may not have had them before.

My philosophy is simple:

Start where you are. Learn the fundamentals. Build your confidence. Keep growing.

Beginner today. Stronger tomorrow. Ready for the next level.

In-person & online dance lessons available.

Ronda

Sarah is such a wonderful dance instructor! She is patient, positive, and does a great job of making her students feel comfortable while still pushing them to do their best. She explains things in a way that’s easy to understand and is always encouraging, especially when something doesn’t come easily at first.

You can really tell that Sarah cares about her students and wants them to enjoy dancing, not just learn the steps. Her energy and attitude make a big difference, and it’s been great to see the confidence that comes from being in her class. We’re so glad we found Sarah and would absolutely recommend her!
