About Riddhi

Namaskar! I am an active performer and a 4th-year Odissi practitioner. Instead of strict, rigid repetition, I believe classical dance should be an exciting journey of self-discovery. Having recently completed my 12th standard, I connect easily with children and young beginners. My teaching focuses on building physical coordination, emotional expression, and a deep love for Indian heritage. I bring high energy, patience, and a modern twist to ancient storytelling, making every class something students look forward to all week.

About the lesson

I use an interactive, gamified method to teach Odissi. No boring lectures—just pure movement, rhythm, and imagination! How I make my 1-hour sessions unique:The Mudra Game: We learn hand gestures by turning them into fun storytelling puzzles and character building.Postural Fitness: Building core strength and balance using foundational Chauka and Tribhanga geometric forms.Abhinaya (Acting): Fun facial expression exercises that help children express emotions like joy, courage, and wonder.Pop-Fusion Choreography: Applying traditional Odissi footwork to beautiful semi-classical music that students love.Every session ends with a quick, fun 5-minute cooldown recap. Start with a free 15-minute trial to see how we turn screen time into dance time! Why This Version Works BetterParents Love "Screen-Free": Framing the dance class as an engaging alternative to phone or TV time makes parents eager to sign up."Gamified" Learning: Words like "Mudra Game" and "Puzzles" tell parents that their kids won't get bored or frustrated.Once your profile goes live, would you like a simple plan to track your student's progress so their parents keep booking you month after month? mistakes.
