About Gregor
I am an undergraduate computing lecturer with a passion for scholarly teaching and learning. Enabling hundreds of students over my short time as a lecture to achieve 2:1 and 1st class BSc degrees in computer science. I also lecture A-level classes in the foundations of computer science.
I have an undergraduate degree in computing and systems development (2:1) and a masters degree in big data analytics (Distinction). I am also currently awaiting to enrol in a PhD programme.

My teaching methodology revolves around applying the most current teaching theory to my lessons while also having a very relaxed approach. Usually lessons are broken up into theory-based lectures referring current academic literature - then a programming demonstration and finally I allow you the time to implement the concepts that have been discussed.
At the end of some lessons, I will provide material to work through in your on time to ensure that you are able to learn and improve the concepts we cover together. Being a young teacher means that I am more chilled than that average lecturer but I also have a strong passion for computing and knowledge.

Gregor is my current computing lecturer and definitely knows his stuff. He's really knowledgeable and passionate about computer science. Would recommend him to anybody who wants to learn about programming, machine learning or data science. He's really easy going and friendly, which makes learning fun and engaging.
Conducted studies and research together and I am in awe of his software development and big data analytic skills and knowledge. In his lecturing sessions, he is energetic, enthusiastic and always ensures his students understand what he is delivering. I highly recommend this tutor.
