About Pele

As the owner and operator of Naturally Healing Enterprises, Inc., I have always believed in the body's natural ability to restore itself. My healing journey began when I became a mother 26 years ago, and I was determined to feel alive and healthy again. Through changing my diet, attitude, movements, rest habits, and belief in the cause of disease, I transformed my health and eliminated numerous ailments that had plagued me for the first 30 years of my life. Now, for the past 20 years, I have been practically OTC & Rx drug free, and my goal is to help my clients achieve the same vibrant, pain-free life without relying on synthetic ingredients and products. I am an avid believer in the healing power of fruit. And want to share this secret with you!

About the lesson

A combination of poses connected by the breath, to generate heat and sweat. Using the basis of Forrest style yoga and combining it with Budokon Yoga (traditional yoga with martial arts, calisthenics, and animal locomotion) to create a unique heat pumping, moving meditational sequence that will leave you coming back for more of a personal challenge!
