About Elise
I have been practicing Vinyasa Yoga since 2014, Kundalini since 2017, Yin and Hatha since 2018 and Ashtanga since early 2020. I had the opportunity to take courses with several teachers in France and abroad. I followed a 200h training (Yoga Alliance certification) in India, in Rishikesh, in February 2020. Initially dedicated to my own development and deepening of Yoga, I very quickly had the desire to teach in my turn to provide the benefits of this ancestral practice to the greatest number. I have been giving Yoga classes (postural practice, relaxation, breathing exercises, philosophy) since May 2020 in distance and face-to-face (group, private, semi-private lessons) I am passionate about learning and transmitting. I like to find my balance between gentle practices (Yin) and more active (Hatha), dynamic (Vinyasa) and intense (Ashtanga) practices. as the sessions progress, the possibilities of their body and their mind.

Yoga is a practice to create space in the body and strengthen this body, but also to work on our flexibility and mental strength. Each session begins with a Pranayama (breathing exercise) to prepare for the practice to come. The content of postural practice adapts to the request and possibilities of the student (s). The practice can offer a global work of the body or focus on more specific areas (shoulders, hips, back, etc.) The practice ends with a final guided relaxation to take the time to integrate all the benefits of the postures.
