About Miriam
I completed my Yoga Teacher Training in 2011 and furthered my training with Pilates and Mindful Movement qualifications in 2026. Since 2011, I have taught private sessions, small groups, large classes, retreats and corporate wellbeing programmes.
With a background in education, I am particularly skilled at breaking down movements into clear, easy-to-follow steps. I create a welcoming environment for beginners while providing appropriate progressions and modifications so that every student feels supported, challenged and confident in their practice.

Your programme begins with an intake session, which includes an assessment of your health, movement, goals and any challenges you may be experiencing. Together, we'll create a personalised plan, and each session will be tailored to address your goals, whether that is reducing stress, recovering from injury, managing pain, improving posture, increasing mobility and flexibility, or building functional strength.
My sessions are therapeutic because they are individualised to your specific needs. I draw from Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga, integrating breathwork, meditation and mindfulness, with additional Pilates training informing my approach to movement and alignment. My aim is to help you build confidence, develop greater body awareness, and feel empowered to practise independently over time.
