I’ve been cooking since I was six years old, and my passion has always been creating simple, satisfying vegetarian food. I love working with vegetables and finding delicious ways to make everyone enjoy them — even the picky eaters.

Being a South Indian, I bring authentic flavors, traditions, and techniques straight from my kitchen to yours. If you want to learn genuine South Indian recipes — from comforting everyday meals to classic regional favorites — you’re in the right place.
