About Prathamesh
I am a 4th Degree Black Belt and a National Karate Coach with more than 9 years of teaching experience. I teach Karate for all age groups. Students who are taking classes from me have represented India in various International Championships and their news have been covered by many newspapers and tv channels.

My teaching is based on improving 5 basic physical aspects ( Neuro Muscular Endurance, Neuro Muscular Co-ordination, Muscular strength, Agility, Flexibility ). For small children-In order to make the class more interesting I keep on changing my teaching pattern. The monthly syllabus of what is going to be taught in the class is given to the parents and students in advance.
