About Keertthana

I’m a Pathologist by profession. I fell in love with cooking ever since I was a child and there is no turning back.
Cooking is my therapy. It heals me.

Though my initial years were spent on recreating complex dishes ingredient by ingredient, over the years, I’ve learned to simplify taking limited time into consideration yet retaining the original essence of the recipe.

I’ve learned to use shortcuts, practice batch cooking, meal prepping.

I want to share this with everyone who wants to have the luxury of home-cooked Indian food every day without having to spend hours in the kitchen.

About the lesson

You get to learn the very basics and fundamentals of Indian cooking. From there, we will see lots of variations and creativity to make it a hearty and homely dish with minimal ingredients!

We will see 5 ingredient dishes as well as the more traditional ones that are a little comprehensive.

We will learn to batch cook. Make best use of a pressure cooker and steamer.
This course is intended for all who love to cook and explore Indian cuisine through its breadth.
