About KEVIN EVAN

Boxing is a great sport that not only help us stay healthy, but also teach us to be discipline in many areas"

I have seeing people of all ages, being turn around from all kind of negative behaviors after enyoing practicing the sport and receiving the right life coaching 🥊😇👍🏼

👊🏼Welcome to my boxing Kingdom 🥊

I started boxing at age 11,

I competed in the New York Golden Gloves in the early 80s

retire from the sport till 2008,

In 2008 opened a boxing Gym outreaching the youth in the community and started competing in the USA🇺🇸 Mans masters boxing division, were I have successfully won 8 masters titles.

I am the Current 8 times Olympic style Super welterweight, Amateur Masters boxing defending Champion since 2008

" Undefeated Champion still "

About the lesson

Typical boxing routine

1. warm up

2.shadow boxing skills

3. Teaching boxing skills

4. teaching how to apply skills

5. light sparring sessions

6. endurance body exercises

7. nutrition

I have teach kids, youth and old,

have trained 3 pro fighters,

and successfully made 12 Amateur boxing champions, including my son Joshua and daughter Kimberly, we together won The 2012 Title National belts in the youth, women and Mans Masters division "

My advice would be:

1. Have a clear mind about the reason, and why they desire to learn boxing.

2. If they're looking to start a carrier, to understand that sacrifices are to be made in order to accomplish success.

3. If they just want to learn the sport, I'll be more than happy to teach them accomplish their goals, in the best and easy way possible "🥊

No recents events at the moment, cause of the pandemia,

been busy moving and looking forward to teach boxing again"

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
As I comment above, they need to be clear and consistent about what they're looking to accomplish, and so, communicate that to the trainer"
