About Teresha
I went to the Boys and Girls Club a couple years back and asked one of the staff if I can teach dance there. Ever since then, I found my love for dance and for people.
I've coached and choreographed for kids at the Boys and Girls Club for 2 years every Wensday and Thursday, up until last year. Currently I am the captain for the dance team at my school.

My main goal is to help students feel more comfortable in their own body and reach their dancing goals. I'd typically ask them what they're looking for in a coach, what their goals are, and a couple of questions about themselves to make sure they have fun. Everyone's circumstances and lifestyles differ, so I want to ensure that no matter what, dance is always available for you.
I've mainly worked with children and teens. I've had little experience with working with adults or older people.
When looking for a teacher, dont just look for someone with low prices and a pretty smile. At the end of the day, this is YOUR journey and your teacher should be there every step of the way! Get to know them before committing to make sure they're the right fit for you. Some people may like more forward teachers, while others may like more gentle and encouraging teachers. Its all a matter of preference to you.
