About Kevin
Hi, I'm Kevin — an Irish-born boxing coach now based in Sydney, Australia.
I've been coaching boxing for over 20 years across three countries — Ireland, Spain and Australia — working with everyone from complete beginners to competitive fighters. Boxing has been my passion my entire adult life and that passion comes through in every session I coach.
I believe great coaching is about more than just technique. It's about building confidence, discipline and mental strength — qualities that go far beyond the gym. Whether you're looking to get fit, relieve stress, learn real boxing skills or just try something completely different, I'll meet you exactly where you are and help you get where you want to go.
Every session is tailored to you. No two people are the same and no two sessions are the same. That's what makes coaching genuinely rewarding — for both of us.
