Cook Like an Italian Nonna: Authentic Recipes and Real-Time Guidance!

My love affair with food started in my grandmothers' kitchens in Italy, where I learned the art of cooking from the source. I'm excited to share this tradition with you!

I specialize in the classic, mouth-watering recipes of the Bologna region, such as: lasagna, tortellini, tagliatelle, tiramisu, and the authentic Bolognese sauce.

We don't just talk about food—we cook it! We will work side-by-side in real-time on webcam, making it fun and practical.

Custom Menu: Pick your favorite recipe from my extensive list.

Shopping List Provided: A week before the class, you'll receive the recipe and ingredient list so you can easily gather what you need.

Lessons are in clear English. Plus, since I'm a foreign language graduate, if you're interested, I can happily teach you some practical Italian phrases while we cook! Let's connect over a passion for genuine food and friendship.

Learn to Cook Live: Practical Lessons and Your Shopping List Provided!

My cooking classes are based on real-time, hands-on practice: we will cook together simultaneously via webcam.

Here's how it works:

1) Choose Your Recipe: I will provide you with a list of exciting options, and you choose the one that is perfect for your tastes and needs.

2) Prepare Your Ingredients: One week before the lesson, you will receive the detailed recipe card and the complete list of ingredients so you can shop for them comfortably.

3) Cook Along with Me: I will guide you step-by-step through every preparation. You'll see exactly how to do everything and can ask me questions in real-time.

I am a very social person, and I enjoy building genuine relationships with my students, making the experience fun and relaxed.
