About Erik

With over 10 years of experience, I have learned that being a student is crucial to real progress. Having open ears and focused attention are the 2 most important factors in learning anything. Another great way to learn is to teach. You learn as you teach. I have shared many of my passions from; music to martial arts, from physiology to psychology. These are mere forms of expressing oneself. I aim to guide you in expressing yourself through martial arts.

About the lesson

My wide range of experience in combat sport is vast. Martial arts have been a staple in my life to shape discipline and character. Martial arts are a form of expression and like any other art, it takes patience to improve. Along with focused determination and a student mentality, you and I will unlock your physical potential.

From his teachings of movement mediation (incorporating Tai Chi, Yoga, and various martial arts) to his words of experience on how to live a healthier, more fulfilling life. I can confidently recommend him to anyone wanting to develop themselves as well.

To be a little more specific…I’ve been lucky enough to attend his in-person Tai Chi movement meditation classes, and I would recommend them virtually to anyone who wants to strengthen both their mind & body connection (when he is offering them). They’ve helped me build a strong foundation, and this has aided me on my active journey immensely. I’ve lost over 30 pounds!!!
