I know how to deal with all phases and personally plan each person's training, respecting anatomical differences, each person's physiology and the biomechanics of movements. Regarding fighting, in addition to strengthening the body, it is important to strengthen the mind. Combat sports teach you much more than just self-defense; they teach you a lot about respect and discipline!
