I’m a dedicated boxing enthusiast with over 10 years of personal training experience. Boxing has been my passion and it has shaped my discipline, confidence, and lifestyle. After years of commitment to my own development, I decided to share this passion by helping others learn real technique, improve their fitness, and enjoy the sport the same way I do.

About the lesson

Each of my lessons lasts 1 hour. We start with a warm-up to activate mobility and prepare your body, followed by technique work focused on footwork, combinations, defence, timing, and overall boxing fundamentals. All lessons are adapted to your level—whether you’re a complete beginner or already experienced.
