About Daniel
I am a yoga and acroyoga teacher from London and former classroom teacher. I am 200 hour certified with Yoga Alliance Professionals and am currently in Sydney as a stop-gap between travels in South-East Asia, having just spent some time teaching in Cambodia and diving into my own self-practice in Bali.

My teaching is very movement focused: using physical postures and dynamics to take you deeper into your body to get out of your head. I use mindful and sometimes playful movement to help you find connection to and joy in their bodies through the strength and mobility that you develop in your practice.
